For a visit visa, the applicant must prove their strong ties to home country (social, family, employment, bank statements, property, etc). With a husband in the UK and being unemployed, this will be difficult and you risk their visas being refused as HO might consider they are trying to circumvent the UK immigration rules and spouse visa.

Why not apply for a spouse visa for your family if you/they meet the requirements?

CR001 is referring to your wife (the applicant) being unemployed.

The Entry Clearance Officer will want to see proof that your wife has stronger ties to her home country than she has to the UK. With you, her husband living here, this may prove to be a tough challenge....even more so if your children are travelling with her.

I am curious that, what are the steps to apply for a visit visa from non-EU country?

1. Step by step guide (If online then, Which website to go first and second )
2. Visit visa supporting documents list

Website links will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

How are you self employed? Self employed requires more documents usually.

Also if you get paid weekly you need a minimum if 26 payslips.

You need to read Appendix SE to see all the documents you will be expected to submit as self employed.

How are you self-employed if you have pay-slips :?: :? Who is issuing these? Are you a Director of a Limited company?
