PBS Dependent - Child Leave to remain expiry

Post by chokaschoza » Mon Feb 18, 2019 7:24 pm

Respected Moderators,

This is a query for one of my close family member. He is on Tier 2 Leave to remain expiring august 2019. His son born in UK is travelling outside uk in summer and therefore will be filing for PBS dependent visa. My question is if there is a minimum leave (remaining period/ BRP expiry) requirement to apply for visa?

Many thanks in advance.

No, but the child will only get a visa up to the same expiry date at the full cost.
