This is my current situation. I am living in UK legally from last 9years 11 months.
I will be completing my 5 years as Tier2 Gen pbs dependent and 10 year long term residency at the same time(I.next month).
1. Could some please suggest which route is good to apply ILR. 5year PBS dependent or 10 year long term.
2. Main key documents needed applying through each route (Such as fund maintenance, past pay slips, how many years cohabitation docs, current job, etc.)
3. My partner recently applied for naturalisation and British passport. So can I apply apply for ILR now (ie before partners Naturalisation is approved) and Naturalisation immediately(once partner gets citizenship) after my ILR without needing to wait for 12 months.
Your choice which route you apply under. Note that Tier 2 Dependent visa ILR qualifying period starts from date of initial visa issue date whereas long residence counts from date of initial entry to the UK. Presumably your partner got ILR based on Tier 2 General 5 years residence??1. Could some please suggest which route is good to apply ILR. 5year PBS dependent or 10 year long term.

Correct, provided you meet the 3 years residence requirements.3. My partner recently applied for naturalisation and British passport. No maintenance or financial requirement but you must show evidence that you can support yourselves.
