Income Tax and National Insurance contribution for Tier 2 Dependant

I am Indian citizen and in UK as tier 2 partner visa (dependent). My wife is getting tax and National Insurance contribution benefits as applicable for tier 2 intra company transfer.

I recently started working (from 16th February, 2019). My yearly package is 28000.

What taxes are applicable on my income? Can I claim any tax rebate or not? It must to pay national insurance contribution or anything I can do to save tax or NHS contribution from my income?

It is only the main ICT visa holder that gets a tax break for the first 52 weeks. You as a dependeny have to pay normal tax and NI as far as I understand.
