ILR through combination of Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and Tier 2 (General)

Hi,

I got Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) in May 2014 and Tier 2 (General) in May 2017. Now I am planning to apply for ILR in May 2019, combining these 2 visas to meet 5 year continuous period criteria.

Kindly advice if I can combine these 2 visas for my ILR application.

I am still confused whether I can apply for ILR in May 2019. Since at present I am under Teir 2 (General) visa, so if I apply ILR this will be through Tier 2 (General) category.

My first 3 years were in Tier 1 (Entrepreneur ) visa and then I switched over to Tier 2 (General) visa. Currently, I am holding Tier 2 (General) visa so am I eligible to apply for ILR in May 2019.

Count 5 years (minus 28 days) from the initial Tier 1 visa date. As the above link mentions, you can combine Tier 1 with Tier 2 if you are applying ILR under Tier 2.

I have a question for you. I have the same situation as you. Have you applied for ILR what happened?

Follow up question do I need to provide documents related to tire one . while filling the form for ILr there is no document asked for submit.?
