Visa for Carer's Husband

Hi,

I need some information regarding the financial requirement for the visa for husband from Pakistan please.

The wife is in England with one child born in England.
The wife is also a carer receiving Carer’s allowance and Universal credit.

How can they meet the financial requirement please?

Is this money sufficient or does the wife needs to get a part time job or have some savings etc?
