First Child Passport

Post by me1503 » Thu Mar 07, 2019 7:49 am

Hi! We are applying for our child’s first passport. (Child born in UK after 2006) I’m non-british, father is a british national (by descent) born after 1983. Just want to clarify some details to put on the form and the supprting documents to send.

We are sending
-Childs full birth certificate
- 2 passport photos
- Dad’s passport number included in the form-
- do we still need to send his passport? Or his birth certificate?

Also, we filled in the grandparent’s details. Do we need to send birth certificate and marriage certificate of my partner’s parents?

He does not have any contact with his real dad. He put the details of his stepdad. Is that ok?

Please advise. Thanks alot!
