Hello Reader !

I want to have some knowledge about my case. I want to apply for the HSMP Visa with my family.

I have been working as Asst: Manager Export, in a large textile unit in Pakistan. Apart from that I have been working as a Freelance Web Programmer in a well known Freelancing Company in USA.

My income from the freelancing is in multiple of my income from the regular job. That is why i have decided to quit from my regular job and work fully as a freelance programmer.

Also, know, i am interested in applying for the HSMP visa. Can any one help me about my case ? like if I am considered as self employed. And what documents i have to prepare.

You might want to start reading about Tier 1. There's indication that it will be rolled out for rest of the world by 30-Jun. No official announcement as yet, so keep checking UKBA wesbitefor updates.
