Request renewal of annual COS allocation

Hi all,

I am on tier 2 general visa. My leave is expiring in mid of April this year. My employer forgot to renew their annual COS allocation for year 2018 - 2019, hence they cannot assign me a UCOS for Tier 2 extension application ( message they got on SMS system " The assignment could not be processed due to insufficient COS remaining in your allocation" ).

They made the request through SMS system mid of Feb but still have got no response. Can you advice how long would renewal of annual COS allocation would take? We are trying to call this number 0114 2071315 since today morning but getting no response.

Please advice.

Have you been able to get your COS now
if so how long in total did it take
and if not please we need a professional advise in the house
i have been on this tread and could not find an update
please help.
