URGENT Tier 2 Visa Refused

Hi,

I need help urgently please!

My tier 2 visa was refused today because of an error - my sponsor set my salary at the minimum level for a 40 hour week instead of a 39 hour week.

Is there a way we can change this where she pays me more and maybe pays me the previous months' extra?

How can we change with this HO?

You would have to reapply with a new CoS.

She put my salary as 23,000 for 40 hours so 500 off for the year if 39 hours

My company only has 1 COS to allocate and it has been allocated to me, can she amend the COS and I use the same COS?

You need a new CoS. Your sponsor will have to request a CoS from HO.
