I can download but unable to print referee forms for Citizenship application

Today I have completed the application for Naturalisation as a British Citizen.
I have paid and downloaded the referee forms as requested.
I am then unable to print them.

Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

maybe you don't have pdf or your printer isn't properly connected. Sounds like more oof your hardware/software issue than the website.

I have exactly the same problem.
I have paid today and downloaded the referee forms but I am absolutely unable to print them out!!! can anybody help? what is going on?
btw there is nothing wrong with the printer, it prints all the other stuff ok.
I would really appreciate the answer as I don't know what to do.

Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to Edit > Protection > Security Properties and see if printing is allowed.
