Unable to check/see online status for granted settled status

Hi Members,

Never bothered to check for online status on government home office website once granted settled status/ILR(I AM NON EEA) . so decided to check few days ago so that can share the info/access with my employer for them to check as well. I was un believably able to see any thing or logged into it, it say use what you have used to apply for settled status of which used by PR card biometric one. I decided to use the passport as well neither of them worked. Has anyone experience this? do we call them or what is the link to request info?

All sorted now. The HO system was down when last checked so now is okay.

From 1 April (no jokes) the settled status _should_ be linked to your NINO. So an employer should be able to see if you have SS or not. This is the plan.
