Schieguan visa for non eea

I had my schieguan visa valid until 11 march 2019,
It's expired,
Now how shall I apply , my French wife of card is expire and she is in France, I need to go and pick her up...

The best and quickest way to get schieguan visa
My non sea permit valid until march 2020..

If you have a residence card of family member of EU/EEA national and your partner is in that country, you don't need a visa to go there. You can use your RC for that. If you don't have residence card of family member of EU national, then you can apply for shengen visa but as a family member of EEA citizen. If you live near London, better to go to french consulate directly and that way you will get it within a week.
