Hi There,
I'll be aplying for a spouse visa soon but I have a doubt about the financial requirement, and need s some advice on this .
My husband situation is he is working since 2 yrs for a construction company(hourly rate) with 36.5 hrs contract per week plus occassional overtime during weekends .His salary varies month to month , he worked until Sep/2018 and came to thailand to stay 3.5 months with me due to his fathers illness . He took this 3.5(oct,nov,dec) months as partly paid holidays and partly unpaid holidays , and now he is back in England and is working for the same employer from Jan .His gross salary as of 08/03/2019 is £23412/-in this financial year.
FYI his last 6 month salary breakdown is as below March - £3648, Feb - £3786 -Jan £550,dec-zero,nov-zero,oct-570
Total of last 6 months wages/6*12=
3648+3786+550+0+0+570/6*12= £17108.
This clearly shows we are not meeting the required financial requirement .
However he has earned £20446 in the last 12 months and his breakdown is as following :
3648+3786+550+0+0+570+2050+2463+1226+1420+2537+2196=20446/-
is he eligible to show his last 12 months pay and get qualified to meet the financial requirements . Please suggest
