hi.
Im asking for a good and sound advice on my situation right now. i hope you guys can help me... Me and my partner right now have been living together for 18 months. Im an overstayer for about 2 years and my partner is polish shes working here legally and were expecting a baby this august. Now my problem is i just want to be with them legally, because im afraid 1 day the immigration officer will caught me and deport me and sent me to my planet and im afraid i will not see them anymore specially my little baby girl. Do i have the right to be with them in uk? if i have. i got no idea what to do in terms of processing some papers, visa, where to start. Im doing this not for my self but for both of them. I loved them so much that i will do everything for them. i just want to know what to do and ill do the rest. tnx.

im from philippines. i came here with sector based scheme permit which expired 2 years ago.
