WHAT IS THE ELLIGIBILITY OF PREVIOUS EARNINGS - TIER 1

Hi All

I am little concerned about how UK Immigration Dept calculate the previous earnings and give points on that in the new TIER 1 system? Can someone help me on this?

Sorry forgot to mention that : I am applying from India.
