T2 General dependent Visa from UK

Hi All,
My spouse got a T2 general visa which is applied from the Home country.
I am already in UK under T2 ICT visa.Now i need to switch to T2 general dependent visa in UK.

Can you please clarify below;

1.If i can apply for dependent visa immediately from UK? or Is there any mandatory waiting period before i apply?

2.What are the mandatory documents while applying T2 general dependent visa from UK?

1. Yes you can switch within the UK. Cooling off period DOES NOT apply to Tier 2 main switching to Tier 2 dependent!

2. The online form will tell you what you need. Main thing being 90 days maintenance funds evidence.
