ILR qualifying application date confirmation

Hi team,

On the same topic, i just need some confirmation

family got the visa - 07 Mar 2015
entered UK - 07 may 2015
visa expiry - 09 Jun 2020

So we can apply for ILR 28 days before 07 mar 2020, right?

2. If they hold a spouse settlement visa, it starts counting from the date they entered the UK not the visa issue date.

they entered on spouse settlement visa, so i will go with 28 days before 07 may 2020.

Yes correct. within 28 days of reaching 60 months period , in your case 60 months complete on 7th May 2020.
