UK Visitor Family Visa requirement

I am applying visitor visa of my mother in Law and brother in Law.
Can you please explain what document do I need and how much amount should i have in my bank account.
my bank statement is online and I download the last six bank statement , do I need statement from Bank or printed the download one is fine ,
How old is my statement and all document before apply visitor family visa .?
