Question Regarding the Gift Deed

Hello

I want to apply for the HSMP (i know that there is a possibility that it will close) but if it last I will apply.

Here is my question, for the bank statement, I have maintained to bank accounts. In both, i put my regular job salary and other earnings.

After the monthly expenses, I used to buy some Share Certificates and other Saving Certificates in the name of my mother. So at the moment my banks are empty and will be filled again once i get the other income and the salary and again i will buy the shares / saving certificates in the name of my mother.

Now, for the HSMP, am I supposed to sell all those certificates and put the money in my bank accounts ? or I can show a gift deed like a LEGAL DOCUMENT called GIFT DEED where my mother is happily giving me the funds as a GIFT. What is the best way ?
