Derivative card

Hello
As i need some help but I could not find any thread about who applied for derivative card applications this year..
my concern is that I applied on 15 feb 2019 on the basis of eea direct family member.. Since that I didn’t get confirmation letter and even they didn’t took fee from my bank account yet. I am just wondering if anyone in the same boat was before.. is it just normal or i should send any letter to ask about, if yes than how i can contact them as I don’t have any reference number yet.. thank you in advance
