Flr(fp) extension 10yr partner route

Hi. Got 2 quick questions regarding flr fp partner route. I was gonna go on premium service but they shut it down n introduced priority base if pay £600 something extra but my solicitor said it's a new system they got so much problems in it n they take long. Well I sent it normal application. I mean filled online form n sent supporting doc.

Biometrics next day 20 Feb 2019
6 March 2019 recieved letter from H.O that my application raises issue relating to European convention on human rights n it fall outside to decide in normal standard time.
Question is any idea roughly how long they will take? Some says 2 3 months some says 6.
2) Can i switch now to fast track application.if I pay extra so they can decide it quick?

I came as a student in September 2010. Then got my extension. Then applied again HO refused and gave an appeal right. Meantime I got married and put flr fp bcuz of wife's income didn't meet the threshold. I got copy of my immigration history (S.A.R). 3C is alive no breaks in it.through out time is legal in this country. Next year it will be 10 years and hopefully I will qualify for 10 yr long residence.
Is there any other way to speed up the processing time?

Yh I did marriage in registry office.
Came here student 2010..First extension I applied in 2011 and they took so long to issue me visa. Finally they gave me 3 months visa in January 2014.rediculus any. Well then I find a another CAS n sent my case meantime college license revoked and they refused me n gave in country appeal right. I did appeal and same time I got married and applied for marriage registration n got married in January 2016.i was thinking to withdraw my appeal n put family and private life case but HO refused my appeal. And I applied 10 yr flr fp partner route and got 2 n half yr visa in August 2016. Now prior this visa run out on 23 Feb 2019 I applied for extension. Now rest of the situation is in front of u.

29-02-2016 Appeal refused
16-03-2016 flr fp application made. I think within 28 days have to make new application. Well got visa on it 2 n half yr.
Can I change into fast track application now r no because already sent it like normal processing time application.

If you applied by post, then you have to wait. There is no system now to change it to fast track.

If it's an extension and the basis of your previous visa is in your application you should hear back soon

I am confused as to WHY you received the human rights complex letter if this was an extension. Sit tight and don't worry. Make sure your solicitor chases after 6 months waiting.

Thanks for ur reply... i heard H.O JUST SENT this letter to everyone that your case is complex in nature and will take more time because they have loads of application pending. To clear that back log they use this strategy. Well nothing I can do only wait.
Problem is job. Mostly they ask for orignal documents that proves work allowed.tgey don't accept acknowledgment later.
Another random question. In my case if I get ilr on 10 yr route. Do i have to wait one more year for naturalization or I can apply next day of ilr. I know in. Spouse visa don't need to wait a year n can apply. Is it same as on 10 yr resident with British spouse.
