PBS DEPENDENT VISA EXTENSION WHEN MAIN APPLICANT APPLYING FOR ILR

Hi

I stuck in applying visa for my wife. She is in Tier 2 Dependent Visa with me and will expire same day on 9 May 2019. I would like to extend her visa for PBS dependent. Of course, I will not have my ILR decision so I have to request caseworker to hold the application until the decision of the main applicant.

My question is to fill out the form, assuming I have received ILR? To start the application, please you can advise me which answers would be correct in my case.


1- Does Mr XXXXXX have indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship? Yes / No

2- What is the length of Mr XXXXX Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)? less than 3 years / more than 3 years
