Tier 2 Dependent Extension and ILR

Post by VA2011 » Sun Apr 14, 2019 3:14 pm

Team,
I would your guidance on the below topic.

Current position:
I have an ILR and my spouse had a 3 Year Tier2 G Dependent Visa. Her Visa is expiring in Oct 2019

Question:
1. Under what category should we apply her visa beyond 2019.
2. When can she apply for her ILR?

Kindly guide me here, If you could also guide me to the documentation which would be helpful.

Regards,
V

Under which category were you granted ILR? Under the 5 year route or 10 years long residence :?:
(Casa, not CR001)

Tier 2 Dependent Extension and ILR

These questions were answered when asked in 2017, nothing has changed.

indefinite-leave-to-remain/eligibility- ... l#p1504517

1. Tier 2 Dependent extension. It will be a 3 year extension. Visa fee plus £1200 IHS payable.

2. In 2021 after 5 years residence counting from February 2016, as previously advised.
