Tier 1 Ent(50k) to ILR

Post by f.namxe » Sun Apr 14, 2019 10:14 pm

Hello,

I'm preparing my application for ILR and would appreciate some insight into the new UKVACS system.
Timeline is as follows:
Entered the route: 05/03/2014
Tier 1 Ent extension granted: 05/12/2017
Maintained two full-time jobs from Dec 2017 to date

- Need to know if I can apply for ILR online under the super priority route as I've seen it in the new service standards. Please can anyone confirm if those in the Tier 1 Ent route can now apply this way?
Also, if anyone has any recent experience, can they share how long their applications took using the new UKVACS system.

Thanks

You can only use standard service for Tier 1 Ent main applicant. Not much feedback is there since the new service started regarding the time line. Members who reported applying since Nov 2018 have been waiting around 4-5 months plus. Only 1 member reported getting a decision in 4 months. So really cant say.
Personal opinion only, not to be mistaken for legal advice. Please DO NOT PM me for immigration advice. Love for All, Hatred for None.
