No. You cannot switch from a visit visa to a resident visa. They will need to return to their country of habitual residence and make a spousal visa application.xeroxabcshaikh wrote: ↑Tue Apr 16, 2019 6:29 pmmy wife and son come to UK for visit and here I can change their catogory is it possible?

Hi CR001, thank you so much for your last reply.
Depends on the date of birth of the child and the date of your naturalisation certificate.xeroxabcshaikh wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 1:20 amMy wife is expected for another baby and due in january 2019 and i will apply for my naturulization process in 26th october 2019 so when i will get naturulization certificate and then my baby born in my home country so my new baby will eligible for british citizen?

If the date of birth of the child is on or after the date on your naturalisation certificate, then the child will be a British citizen by descent automatically and you could apply for a British passport for them directly.
If the child is born before the date on your natuiralisation certificate (even just the day before), then the child will need to follow the same UK Immigration pathway as the mother and could be registered as a British citizen when the mother gets ILR.
Hi CR001,
On approval child will receive a certificate of registration - passport needs to be applied for after that.
What would be the passport fees?alterhase58 wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 10:13 pmOn approval child will receive a certificate of registration - passport needs to be applied for after that.
