Correct application form for spouse of HSMP holder

Hi

I am confused as to the correct application form for my wife still residing in Nigeria. We are both Nigerians.

I got my HSMP visa last and will expire next November 2009 and I am working in the UK now.

Which form is appropriate (I have 2 options from UK Visa Application center website in Nigeria):

1. Visit : (1/2/5/10 years multiple visit): Highly Skilled Migrant Programme Dependent

or

2. Settlement: marriage (fiance(e)), civil partner


I will appreciate your replies.
