Can an UK Tier 2 visa be refused due to multiple reasons and the ECO still assign points for it? Since the application has already been rejected due one other reason?
My UK visa was rejected because I hadn't submitted any english language proof. I have got points for all other categrories (attributes and maintainance). The ECO had an option of requesting for the documents but he/she didn't. Which makes me wonder if I was rejected for multiple reasons but the ECO failed to mention it.
Has this happened to anyone before?
