Travelling

Hi all

Ive got a quick question ,ive recently got my ILR and my spouse and kids are still on entrepreneur dependents and their visa is still valid and im planning to apply her flr in a few months time and kids neutralisation too .

Meanwhile im planning to take my family on trip to turkey ,can i take them on previous dependent visas or they must switch then travel

Please advise

If you got ILR under Tier 1E route then your family remain under PBS dependant route as usual and they do not need to change their visas. Travel is not an issue

In fact, if you change their visa, their 5 year clock gets reset !!
