FLR(M) ( ILR DEPENDENT VISA )

Post by mo_haq » Tue Apr 30, 2019 12:50 pm

Hello Guys,

Need few clarification on my Wife Visa

We have applied for her FLR M visa..Case worker send us a query asking for below documents
1-Letter from Home Owner/Tenancy Agreement
2-Council Tax recent Bill

Problem here is We share the property ( all bills included ), the owner advised he cannot provide above documents as he may get trouble with council as he is not registered for licence letting.

we had this property from agent free lancer not a estate agent.

Can we get this letter from Free Lancer who let this property & write all bills included it will avoid providing council tax bill.

will this impact the application ? what else options do we have ?

Thanks,

To meet accomodation requirement both documents are mandatory especially first one. Moreover the property you living at must hold HMO licence too. Without having the HMO licence, tenancy agreement & noc letter from actual home owner/letting agency who work on landlord's behalf the requirement can't be met. In a shared home the house inspection report is also needed.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
