Hi I have question regarding non-profit organisations and higher education institution who would like to hire a foreign worker.

1. Is form ETA 9035 the ONLY form the employer must fill in?

2. What other form is there to fill in?

3. I belive the ETA can be expedited if the employer pays $1000, timeframe less than a month.

4.Can the employer employee someone thats come on a VWP?
