Documents to be Submitted for Tier 2 General visa application

Post by abhmahaj1 » Wed May 01, 2019 7:42 pm

My wife's employer is sponsoring her for the Tier 2 General visa and she left for India today from UK to submit the application for Tier 2 General visa application later this week. We have few question regarding the documents to be submitted. Will be grateful if someone experienced can help us with this please.

1. Is it required for her to submit her P60 forms and Payslips? She is employed with the same employer for almost 2 years who is now sponsoring her as well. We were planning to submit the P60s and payslips but think it might be too much information which might not be required for Tier 2 General visa. What are your suggestions?

2. Is Marriage Certificate required to be submitted with the application? (Husband is not applying as of now and already in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa in UK)

2. We are submitting below list of documents. Do you think we are missing any?
a. Passports new and expired.
b. COS letter
c. Tier 2 ICT dependent BRP card.
d. IELTS certificate.
e. Degree Certificate.
e. 3 months UK Bank statement.
f. Husband's Passport Copy and BRP copy. (Husband is in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa)
g. UK Address proof.
h. TB Test Report
i. A cover letter.

Please share your suggestions if we are missing any documents or if there are unnecessary documents which we should not submit. Thanks for your help and time.

1. No

2. No

3. Why IELTS and a a degree? Is it a foreign degree?

Husbands documents are irrelevant if husband is not applying.
