Good morning every one 

I'm about to make n application for my partner extension visa first 30 month will be done by may the 8th next month 

I'm not sure I work 2 jobs 1 is 30 hours with total income of 16000
Second job 20 hours with 8000 pl a year 

I'm not sure how meany bank statement and pay slip should send is it 6 months payslips for both jobs 

And I was getting some housing benefit and working tax credit 

Is this can affect my partner visa 

I stoped the houssing benfit more than 2 months now

Im confused about jobs

I work 2 jobs
One is 30 hours aweek every month get the same amount 1152
Secand job is minumum 21 hours aweek

Samtiems i get 1000 pound amonth
And samtimes 600 pound
But both jobs are well above 18600

Now i want to know do i apply under cat a or b
And yes i have been with both jobs over 12 months
And would like to know how meany payslips i should send 12 months or 6 months

You need to send 12 months of payslips from both jobs as you do not meet the threshold of one job for six months earning at least £9300 in that period.

How do ho calculate the wages

If i combine both jobs i will be above the 18600

And it should be 6 month payslip suply

Or is it each job has to earn 9300 each 6 month each job or both total 9300

Gross pay is the amount they look at.

You are overthinking the 6/12 month payslips.

The rules say if you are earning £18,600 per year from one job and you have worked in that one role then 6 months payslips is required.

If you have worked in more than one role and / or you have more than one job they need 12 months payslips to prove your earnings are at least £18,600.

So in your case you need to provide the payslips for all your jobs for the last twelve months to show gross earnings at or above £18,600

I have 2 jobs one is the same amount 1150 every month and is over 12 months this is ok i will provide 12 month pay slips and bank statment showing this


Secand job is part time 21 hours a month and samtimes i do more hours so 1 month 300 2 month 1000 pound and so on and this job is less then 12 month 10 month only is it ok to send just 10 month pay slip plus the bank statment or is it going to be n issue because ia less then 12 months

Both jobs are well over 18600 a year

Are the amounts stated gross or net?

Assuming they are gross - you have one ongoing role - full time normal job that earns you £1150 per month. 12 x 1150 = £13,800 per year. That role in itself does not meet the requirements.

So adding in your other role - which is only for 10 months and even at the lower end of £300 per month gets you 10 x £300 = £3000

Adding them together £16,800 so that would fail.

So you have to add up the exact amount for the 10 months and add it to role 1 and it has to be over £18,600 - if it is all sorted even if it is only ten months of the second role

You do not need 12 months of payslips for role two.

Because your main job does not meet the threshold in it’s own right you have to include 12 months of payslips plus all the months you have for the other role.

The total earnings will take you over the threshold.

Just want to be very sure the ho will count the payslip with low amount yes
And it is not matter how meany pay slips the matter is the total

Plus the ho office will count the gross pay on payslip
Not the net pay (because i took advance cash in one month and it end up to 277 pound net in this one month )

They will count your gross pay & both amounts for each role.
The issue is showing a spread of 12 months gross pay that totals at least £18,600. Your two jobs get you over the line.

Yes.
Question is for the applicant, and as another person is proving financial support (you) the answer is Yes.

Ps. My wife the applicant also ticked Yes as I was her sponsor.

Yes, its fine.

Ensure they are from at least 3 different sources (for each person) and cover the last 2 years.

On the application it just say your passport and sponsor passport
