Child Visa Application for FLR(FP)

Hi


I have FLR(FP) 5 year route. My wife also got visa as my dependent under Spouse Visa application. Now we have a daughter who is one year old. I want to apply for her visa. Do I apply for her under FLR(FP) application? Also what is the requirement including any financial requirement considering my wife is also my dependent and I have income of of 19000/ year. Do I need more than 22400/year for this?

And is it possible to get her visa without meeting income requirement?
