Tier 2 dependent extension mandatory documents.

Post by snowgrg » Fri May 10, 2019 6:27 pm

Hi, I am in a big confusion.
My husband was a tier 2 immigrant and now holds a ILR. My visa expire this month. My immigration advisor said, we need to extend my Tier 2 dependant visa stay further, rather than switching to spouse visa.
Documents he has asked are as follows:
1. marriage certificate
2. proof of address
3.90 days maintenance fund of at least £630

My question is, are these documents enough? Because we are not including work payslips and English language requirements. When I asked him, he said they are not necessary. But I still have doubt, so I am here. Has anyone gone through same circumstance ?
Could someone explain me this please. I really appreciate the help.

Hi snowgrg

I am in the same position, we are applying for my wife. Did you get your visa extended? What documents did you use?

Thanks

Hi snowgrg,

Please can you share the list of documents that you submitted for the Tier 2 dependent extension? Thank you.
