Self Upload Issue. HELP!

Hi everyone,

We just paid for everything and were going to self upload documents through esolo dossier, however whenever we click on upload option on TLS account it redirects us and say service not available. Has anyone experienced similar issue? Our bio is on Thursday so we don't know what to do. :/

We just paid for everything and were going to self upload documents through esolo dossier, however whenever we click on upload option on TLS account it redirects us and say service not available. Has anyone experienced similar issue? Our bio is on Thursday so we don't know what to do. :/

I used VFS to self upload, When I had system error, I closed the browser and logged in after 5 min.It was ok
Couple of things to check , Size limit and document format. Otherwise 2 more options,
1) If your country accepts, can submit documents on biometric day for free. or
2)Scan at walkin centers after biometric for fee. (£75)
