My HSMP application (submitted about 4 months back) has not yet come up for a decision and looking at the published time lines - there's gonna be a wait of another 3 months (if luck is on my side!!!). Meanwhile I have to travel out of UK and by the time I return, my visa would have expired.
Is it possible to request HSMP team now to convert my HSMP application to an out of country application because from what I have read from the posts at this forum, once the In-country application is approved, making it an external application (out of country) involves making a fresh application and wait period of 7-8 months.
If anyone can help, please do so. Will appreciate the views/advice.
