Drink drive will effect on Eu Setteld status

Hi I am non Eea permanent resident holder last month i got drink drive ban 14 month
Is it possible I can apply Setteld status now ?
Or do I need wait
I don’t have any other criminal record only one in my life
I’m living in Uk 9 year this is my first time criminal record
Please share that if there is any one got Setteld status with drink drive case ?
