i got married recently and now i want to bring my wife as my dependant here in UK .

so can i apply her visa now? is there any rule that i should be having minimum 3 or 6 months valid visa?

You can apply now but her visa will expire when yours does.

thanks for your quick reply.

if her visa grants, in this case, she will not be eligible for BRP card ( BRP card is issued to those who has more than 6 months visa)

it means she will be granted approx 3 months visa on passport vignette??
