Spouse Visa Curtailment

Hi,
If the spouse visa is cancelled due to domestic violence complaint. What are the options to reinstate the visa if wife want to go back to her husband? Thanks

What is re-application please? Does the spouse need to go back or she can stay here and Do I have to show everything again? Thanks

If curtailment letter allows to apply within 60 days then the application can be made without leaving otherwise from outside UK. That's why always never rush in informing HO regarding break down of relationship if the conflict is minor & temporary.
