I AM ON TWO YEARS WORK PERMIT IN UK. I DON'T LIKE THIS JOB VERY MUCH. THERE IS A BIG NEED FOR SKILLED STAFF IN MY INDUSTRY. I WANT TO START MY OWN RECRUITMENT FIRM. I HAVE ALREADY PREPARED DETAILED BUSINESS PLAN TO START MY OWN RECRUITMENT FIRM AS WELL.

1) CAN MY SPOUSE APPLY FOR HSMP?

2) IF I RESIGN MY JOB CAN MY SPOUSE BE ABLE TO STAY IN UK LEGALLY?

3)CAN I APPLY FOR SELF EMPLOYMENT CATOGERY IN HSMP?

I AM A POST GRADUATE AND MY SPOUSE IS A GRADUATE. BOTH OF US HAVE MORE THAN SIX YEARS OF GRADUATE LEVEL WORK EXPERIENCE.

i don't think so u can take up another job if you resign from you current job because the your WP gets invalidated and i am not sure if you both can stay here legally....

ofcourse u can take up anyjob when you have the HSMP visa...

i would suggest u wait for you HSMP before you resign and create problems for yourself
