Tier 2 General dependent Visa work as dentist -BRP says restriction working as Dr / dentist in training

My Wife is a Dentist by profession she has completed her education in India.
She has Tier 2 Dependent Visa - her BRP states she can not work as Doctor/dentist in training.
Can some one please elaborate what dentist in training mean? can she work as a dentist if she clears her ORE exams? If not what can be done for her to be eligible to work as Dentist in UK.

not sure about dentist but doctors cannot do speciality training who has this restrictions and have to apply respective visa. However, they can work as doctors.
