New business

Hi member.
On behalf of my friend . I have question for Guru's.
He is on Tier 1 entrepreneur visa ,due for extension in few weeks and he's doing very well (business) now he want to start off a new travel business. the problem what he has now.
1. Can't open new business account. Can he use his company business account
2. Do he needs to inform Home office .
3 .Does he need to inform company house because he would be using to different business under same company name (limited company) and sama business bank account.
4. Does he need to fill sort of a form to add his activities in comany house.
