Settlement visa - evidence submission confusion

Post by ms614u » Tue May 28, 2019 3:37 pm

My wife has applied for priority settlement visa from Lahore, Pakistan. On the confirmation email for biometric appointment, I was told to send the documents to Sheffield (PO BOX 5852, S11 0FX).
Its been more than two weeks but I still have not recieved the original documents back.
Upon calling UKVI, I have been told that documents have to uploaded seperately and not sent over to Sheffield.

I am now worried and confused because I have sent the documents to the address in the email. Can anyone please confirm that I have sent the documents to the correct address and any timescale when I should receive them back?

Yes its correct address and the system has been changed. You can also track the return of documents through the prepaid envelope/bag which you might have sent them. Once they returned then scan & upload them from VFS centre if they will suggest to do so.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
