Hi , i m applying for a tier 2 dependent extension visa. My spouse has recently been granted ILR and he was on tier 2 genereal soc visa for 5 years.
My question is regarding filling up the ihs form on the website. When i go that site they ask for details of your spouse visa route, visa type, and expiry date.
In visa route, there is no option of selecting ILR . The only options are flr categories and tier 1,2,3,4,5 categories. What should i select as my spouse is now on ILR. Please help. Confused!!

If i select thier last visa route. It was tier 2 general. Then it asks for visa type saying tier2 general shortage occupation for more than 3 years or less than 3 years . Whatbshould inchoose in this.

Ok . So for his ilr expiry then , should i put it as only for 3 years as if i put more it will raise my ihs fees

Yes, 3 years from now, i.e. 2022.

Ok. If i select tier 2 general soc more than 3 years, then will the home office not treat as wrong because he is currently on ILR

No. If there is no option to select ILR (I thought there was) then no issue. Note that we cannot all see the online forms.

The options are for different categories of tier visas or flrm flro flr type visas . No mention of ILR . Will ILR come under FLR category?
