Misinformation Tier 2 Visa Application

Hello! I just realized on my visa application I put I would be staying in the U.K. for seven years, but paid for 3 years of healthcare. I was supposed to put I’d be staying for 3 years. I’m pretty sure my COS says three years. I also paid for the longer visa. (We had a major tornado come through our city and I just wasn’t thinking clearly.) What should I do?
