Work - Tier 2 ICT Dependent

Hello,

I am in UK in ICT Tier 2 Visa and my wife and kids are in UK in ICT Dependent visa. My visa is valid till May 2022.

My current project is ending very soon and there is a high possibility that my company will send me back to my home country even though my visa is valid till May 2022.

Since my wife is currently working in Dependent visa, can she continue to stay in UK with my kids and work, even though I (mail applicant) returned back to my home country.

Please advise.
