Visit Visa for parent

Hi ,

I am going to apply for a visit visa for mum who was a teacher in a government school and now retired since last 3 years. My husband is going to sponsor her visa. What all documents are required from my husband and my mum? My mum has a pension as well as my dad's(he passed away last year). My husband has ILR and own house in the UK. Please guide.

we normally submit the following documents:

Sponsors:
Sponsorship letter
Bank statements 3-6 months
Payslips
Land registry (shows you own the house ) otherwise if renting then tenancy agreement
Your marriage certificate
Birth certificate - to show shes your mother
Can include call records/chats to show that you have been in contact.

Applicants:
6months bank statements
Any ITR filed
Savings
Fixed deposits
Pension certificate
Show relatives/children home
Property/ land

Thats all i can think of right now. Should give you an idea on where to start.
