Moving to Ireland from the UK

Post by Grand2015 » Sun Jun 09, 2019 11:45 am

So my question may sound daft. So we have a property here In Ireland on mine and my husbands name. His parents are thinking to move over from the UK for visa purposes.

How do we show that they are living in the property without having to put thier names on the deeds of the house ?

Thanks guys.

On what grounds are the parents thinking on moving to Ireland from the UK? I’m assuming the “visa purposes” is for them to also get a EUFAM stamp?

Secondly are you residing in Ireland and on what grounds?

I see from your other topic you have obtained a EUFAM Stamp presumably from Ireland?

Once you provide more clarification this forum will be able to give better guidance
