PBS Dependant application form- Urgent

Hi,

I am applying for visa extension(Tier1 General PBS dependant). I am dependant on my husband who came to UK on Tier1 general visa and later got ILR and now he is British citizen.

When I filled PBS dependant extension form it asked for my husband details where I gave British citizen and his passport number. I didn't mention his visa type and visa route. While trying to pay for IHS fee, it is asking for my husband visa details like expiry date. As he is British citizen I couldn't able to give date and so application not moving further.

What I need to do in this regard. How to pay my IHS fee.
Please help me in this situation.

Put a date 3 years ahead from now to get the correct Ihs.

Hi,

I filled an application for PBS Dependant visa extension. Now I found a mistake in given details. There is a field asking like 'The person who are accompanying or joining' where my husband details should present. But somehow my details are there. I surely remember that I entered my husband details.
I had biometrics appointment on Wednesday. What I should do now to correct details in application form.

Please reply for my quiery. Its very much urgent.
